Only an ATF can legally issue a Certificate of Destruction. Unlicensed scrappers can leave you on the hook for fly-tipping, road-tax fraud and environmental fines.

Driven to ATF → fluids drained → battery and catalytic converter removed → tyres separated → metal shell crushed and shredded for recycling.
